Carole has owned several cooking schools including the Le Petit Chef cooking school Dundas, Canada and The Floating chef cooking school here in San Diego on a boat. She can’t wait to share her passion and expertise with you. The mom of 4 foodie sons (one is a chef and Sommelier engaged to a Pastry Chef), she loves to cook, entertain, and swim and to play with her two Bernese Mountain dogs Floyd and Lucy. Alongside her husband, she camps, hikes, and did I mention that she loves to cook? Carole trained at the Peter Kump of School of Cooking in New York City, The Cordon Bleu, Disney Institute, and with Marcella Hazan in Venice, Italy – that’s the short list! Carole and her team are looking forward to meeting you and creating something extraordinary for your school.
